hello readers.
it might not have come to your attention and that is why I do it now. The proposed milimani estate in thika has neared completion. The roads are in place, water and electricity and as promised the title deeds are on their way. Phase one is almost complete with only few plots remaining. Of the 1100+ plots that were available, approximately 100 remain. do you want to be part of this new development for only kshs 400 000 and payable in instalments?

Did i hear you talk of instalments?! How are they to be made and what s the longest time durationallowed.
My opinion, a person who can cough 0.4m to buy land and instead takes a mortgage to do so is wasting your time.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'
