I wonna buy a 50x100ft plot on eastern bypass Ruiru, Max 4kms from Thika Road Junction and 1Km from the bypass. The plot should have a clean title. I have budget of 600k, Pliz holla if you have one. Thanks

4kms from Thika Road 800m from bypass exactly 50x100 with clean titles 620k. Alternatively 1.5km from bypass at 500k. kpaulm@yahoo.co.uk
