I emptied my entire portfolio to cash chief being among them NIC & KPLC at 42 and 22 respectively.
I am now confused because each day sounds like an entry point for me.

I exited out of every single stock I owned on the NSE in May when Q1 results failed to yield any gains on the market...

I only remained with Jubilee as I believe it will provide adequate defense in this kind of market..

I will begin increasing my holding in kenol with every day that it heads lower because I believe if the market returns to normal this is the stock that will lead the recovery..

So some of us think we will see a rally ,really. With the current high political temp in the country?even if this global selloff stops.am hard pressed to see where demand will come from to cause a rally.
Thats why i believe low ,very low prices are coming.

The current Political tempo is just hot air..

As soon as Uhuru and Ruto hear their charges in september and step down by force then everything will cool off and Kenyans will prepare to elect RAO into office peacefully in 2012/13..

For those who have found an entry point, congrats, shares is more a gut thing.

However, bare in mind that we are stuck in the middle of the worst drought in 60 years, we have power rationing, the gava is borrowing every penny it can see, there are elections next year and there is no foreign investor relief coming from the imploding, riot infested, debt ridden western world.

There will probably be a new bottom tomorrow, and another the next day, what I know is that many people (retail and unprofessional advisors to institutional investors) are now timid after watching their paper millions disappear and will need a lot of cajoling to add new capital to the market.

How tomorrow pans out on the NSE depends entirely on Mr. Ben Bernanke!! He holds the future of the world's capital markets in his hands tonight...

RAO is the next president pending ratification next year, so all us go back to work. Ever since he ceased trashing Vision 2030 he can be my president even kesho. Kazi Iendelee!
