Plots allocation near Ruai Sewarage Treatment

There is a plot allocation going on just next to Ruai Sewerage Treatment Ponds. The plots are said to have been given to residents of mathare 4A by City Council. Any body with more info? Meanwhile I will go kesho morning to find out more details..

Walalala.... I would not touch any. Ati city council gave out land!!!!!wuuuiiii!!!!!!
Just to let you know that a few years ago, some guys allocated land just about the same place as you have described and charged guys for the land. After some time, those allocated were kicked out by city council. Why? because it was city council Land.

Keep off!!!!!

From a personal experience; don’t even dream about it!!! Not even for a second….I lost over 200k on the very same ‘project’ in 2009. I still have the ballot cards given but no land it’s a con game perpetrated by an Embakasi politician and ‘his’ Mungiki Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you

We never learn.

I know several people who lost cash like @otienosmall.
And the boys (cartel) that were conning people?, man!, they got rich overnight.
Ask yourself: what is so special about Mathare 4A residents that council will give them free land?
Last time people got conned here, it was said the land is to be used to settle IDP's.
Be careful people.
