This is the Governments Press Release Statement on what it has done for those in drought hit areas:

http://www.scribd.com/do...ought-Response-Measures

In my view, it is a sufficient mix of immediate, short-term and long-term measures and is contrary to speculation fueled by the media and Mutua that the government is doing nothing.

people believe me what we have is a logistical issue compounded by traditional values. the north is not your backyard, its dry, hard, no little or infrastructure, insecure plus the communities living there are 'moving targets' that have no culture of arable farming (known as putting seeds you could eat today in the ground watering then waiting for 4-6 months to get something else). I do not envy anyone who handles the later.

I will cherish this complement for the rest of my life. Thank you @simonkabz. For the first time you have recognized my effort. Thank you.

21 ODM MPs should be hanged for doing nothing while their people died of hunger. Their crime was using CDF money to build walls when the money should have been used to dig boreholes and harvest water.
