Hi, i had asked for your advice a while ago and i'd like to give you the feedback; NCC have asked me to apply for change of user and as my plot borders the Northern Bypass road, getting the go ahead for change of user from residential to commercial cum multpile dwellings will be considered.
I had an issue that i wanted you view: the plot size is 80meters by 38meters. I wanted to reserve the front size, approx 0.25acre for commercial while the rear for apartments [subject to NCC and other regultors approvals]. A colleague, project mgr, advices to build and sell the apartments [approx 32] in 0.5acre. I had wanted to keep them for rental purposes as i have a small family, but due to cash issues am giving it a thought.
