What would you do....constructive stuff

Declare a total war on corruption.

I would sack Sam Ongeri and demand that all FKE cash stolen is returned and published in the press.
I would do a cabinet reshuffle and appoint myself the minister in charge of agriculture, water and irrigation and assistant minister of finance to ensure that I push for funds in my other 2 ministries, this is Kenya (yes 3 dockets).
I would declare a presidential decree that anyone caught stealing public money be hung on a tree at Uhuru park at 12 pm every Sunday starting 2 the sunday of 15th August 2011.Seriously.

Then finally I would declare Raila Odinga my successor

i would push a constitutional reform to allow me be president for like.
