A hospital is as good as closed if it's lab is closed. big shame, a fake lab technician who is not even registered and probably not qualified, expired reagents and all this happening at the largest maternity hospital in kenya.

@ josiah33, non registration does not necessarily mean that the person is not qualified. it is like a qualified driver who neglects to renew his driving license. legally speaking, he should not operate any motor vehicle. intellectually, this individual remains capable.
