Dear Wazuans, Please advise I have an option to buy some plots.
Ngong 1/4 @ 400k,(can pay in installments)
Embakasi(near GSU) 1/8@ 700k(Pay half, then clear on reciept of title)
Kitengela 1/8 750K ( pay half clear balance in 3 months)
Ruiru bypass 1/8 500K.(must pay cash)

Please advise. please advise on the best two choices and why. Thank you.

People will give you more guidance if you state your objective speculation , income,growth etc.
As a non resident foreigner my input is just an application of general principles to Kenya situation.
Experts on ground in Nairobi will give you more ideas specific to Nairobi environs.


-Any legitimate plot close to airport is a very
good buy
- There is uncertainty about the completion date
of thika road highway

If I am in your shoes my choices would have been
(1) Embakassi
(2) Kitengela

The wazua spirit as members is to educate and inform and learn from others within the limit of what we know in any chosen area irrespective of our differences in tribes, nationalities, etc. .

The above discussion on the Ngong Plots is an indication that they are a bargain.

So might be a good investment.MHO

@goliath, The safcom sacco plots at kibiku, do you know the distance from ngong town? distance from tarmac road?

Where exactly are the 400k plots?

Really!!!? Kindly do research on this and specifically if non-members can buy. Never heard of such an amount in Ngong of late...

Non sacco members dont qualify.. from the interest generated I have aclue where to go...The plots are exacty 5.5 km from Ngong town in the direction of the AP camp.

do you have the actual details of the bypass, as in where it will pass?

@Rollins, @subzero Greater Southern Bypass Daystar-Kitengela (EPZ/ Police St) ongata rongai(Gataka Rd)-ngong(through kibiko) to susswa(narok)road is exiesting & passable by car just needs to be tarmacked.
check googlemaps white dotted line from msa rd to mt suswa to kijabe
past kibiko straight on
