Is anti-diaspora the new target of those bored with anti-Kikuyu?

And what exactly is the cause? Aren't we all Kenyans? Does the fact that you grew up in mashinani and now live and work in the City make you the enemy?

Weather anti-kikuyu,anti-luo or anti-whatever,only one thing is common with people who propagate it,whatever their level in society. They are a people of small minds,a people who find their brains too heavy that they cannot spare a moment and think for themselves. Sadly education has no positive effect on the small minds. That is why college graduates, professors etc exhibit these small minds in their daily duties. And the small minds are in good supply at SK.

Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can't lose.

My personal experience is that diasporians feel they deserve more than they are getting. They come back with bigger expectations and are unwilling to start from the ground up because they have 'experience' and are trained 'better'.
The mashinani dude who went to THE or wherever is more realistic and starts from the ground up internshit, hustle hapa na hapa, bulls*** a little and then gets a proper job. He probably has a better local network because his friends and friends friends are locally trained just like him.
I am sorry for diasporians but from my experience they want too much too soon. There local networks are usually not as extensive as locally trained people. They might have good skills but it is an unfair system, who you know matters.

Am lost in this one. Does it mean that the diasporian does not go through 'interns*** and other hussles?' (you'll be suprised). I dont think its an issue of whether you went to THE or Hava... thing is,you are either qualified or not and also not so much about who knows someone who knows someone who knows santa.... because there are those who know santa directly and still cannot deliver/perfom.
Personally,i think they should be welcomed and given a chance but they should not expect to be treated any different from the rest. Unless there are those from within who are insecure and feel threatened hence the animosity.

The real measure of wealth is how much you'd be worth if u lost all ur money.
How much would u be worth if you lost all your money?
