Today's issue of the People (August 1, 2011), carries a headline story that reads 'How Next President Will Be Sworn In' and I was of the mind that the editors should simply have replaced the word 'Next' with 'G7' since it is obvious that the next resident of the house on the Hill will be from the G7 camp.
It's simply a question of 'who' and not 'which' party.
The story goes on and on of how the president-elect will be sworn in before the CJ by the Registrar of the High Court in accordance with ....blablabla... and that a swearing in committee will be in place 21 days before the elections.
I feel (and this is my opinion which I am constitutionally allowed to voice) that instead of the term 'president-elect' they should just have used a name like 'Ruto', 'Kalonzo', 'Eugene' or 'Uhuru'. I would have added the name 'Balala' but now that he is still waiting for cabinet reshuffle to go back to G7 I will add his name after reshuffle.
