Those guys who viewed the teachers plots and booked,commit financially so that they are removed from those on offer and be released to other prospects.The demand has outstripped supply

Selling land is not as easy as many people think.

@mosesg the plot at Ruiru is quite expensive. I have 1/8s 1km from bypass @500k with ready titles. You may want to view before making a final decision.

I have a 40*80 Plot at membly 1.5KM from Thika road at The clay works side no Tittle but all paperwork are intact going for 1.5M serviced with two road back and front electricity and water available.The plot is directly facing Thika Road and controlled development apply.

Selling land is not the hardest thing.What is hard is getting genuine land at a bargain.You have had of double titles for land.
I bought from the teachers sacco group and asked the officials how do they know the land they buy at the Ruiru Bypass is genuine land as there conmen all over.
They showed be so many old documents like wornout receipts and ballot etc.They told me getting the title is not enough you even have to change the ownership not only at the lands department but also at the mother buying company.
Am telling you its hectic and chances of losing out are usually real.The Ruiru bypass area has a lot of potential its still a bit hidden any investor check out.githukusm@yahoo.com

@James;The teachers plots prices have gone up as the prices of land at Ruiru Eastern bypass continue to rise we were buying at 300k;today its upto 500k but still reasonable.
And can the ones who bought through this forum pick their TITLE DEEDS.Its important to do so.githukusm@yahoo.com
