First it was Okemo & Gichuru, now its Merali. Today's The Star headlines say Merali sought after by France Gubberment over shady dealings in Kencell & some offshore accounts...

All along I've been wary of the guy. Vowed Never again to touch any stocks associated with the dude after the Neveready fiasco.

Wazuans holding Sasini, Firestone & Neveready, is there storm ahead? Since he's the principal shareholder in most of those.

yes! in the fullness of time the law catches all . i have not forgotten his escapades in pre 2006 Uchumi.

On what grounds? Uchumi? I doubt they can get him for that. Unless Uchumi had some dealings with a foreign gubberment
