The biggest group behind funding of terrorism is USA and its western allies. Right now, tehy are funding terrorists in Libya and no one is raising an eye blow over it except me. So, let our ministers fund rebellation forces without your concern also.

I wonder how much money Al and Bob get from Western interests. Do you think it's a coincidence that they are a major distraction and possibly an eventual excuse for the West to put a bases in or near Kenya (that will be used to, as Wikileaks said "secure [steal] African resources").

Al and Bob are a pain in East Africa's side, but as long as that pain is there, you can count on the West to keep offering "assistance". Not solutions, just enough "support" to have a reason to interfere. This should be an issue that the AU could handle (if nothing else).

That said, people need to be far more keen and careful with where and who they donate money to; you have to ensure that the money is used for good and put to good use.
