Hi Wazuans,

I'm plan to start construction on my 1/4 acre plot in Syokimau / Katani border area.

I need information on where to get good house plans / designs locally at affordable prices.

Target is 4 bedroom house with 3 ensuite, ground floor will have 1 bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and 1 toilet, while the upper floor will have the other bedrooms.

Been to several online sites e.g www.architecturalhouseplans.com, www.theplancollection.com e.t.c and I have a clue of what I want. All I need is a local resource to customize the plans for me.

What price are you looking at i.e. How much is affordable?Can refer you to friends who do it.
