What is the agency fee charged by real estate agents to collect rent on behalf on residential houses. What are the terms commonly agreed between the agency and the property owner?

7pc of rent collected. But you can get lower rates if you negotiate. The contract should state duties with regard to rent collection and other duties eg maintenance if also a mgt contract.
