Plastic descaler is a form of detergent available in either powder or liquid form usually sold in satchets. Just mix it with kawaida water and pour in the appliance.give it 10 to 15 minutes and the limescale (what you are calling sedimentation") is washed off.you can get it at the section that sells things like oven cleaner, fabric and carpet cleaners etc.
