Am so excited to see the rule of law prevail in an emphatic fashion for the first time in a long time. Its high time the executive started to read the mood of its citizen. A president exists to serve his people and not just a small clique.
During the swearing-in ceremony for his first term in office,MK assured us that it will never be 'business as usual'. Sadly,a cursory look at the goings-on show that 'moism' will take time to end. Those of us from the old school still remember the days when Moi would spring some illogical surprises and we would all hail him as a political genius.
Those aspiring to be future presidents should know that the culture of 'mta-do?' will surely have to come to an end. At least we now know that the presidents word or action will not be final if not executed within the law.
Cant help to sympathize with 'kalooser' for thinking that anything that the executive does goes. If he continues with that dangerous mind-set,he should forget 2012. Kiunjuri could even be said to be wiser than him.
To all the Mpigs who voted against the bill......SHAME ON YOU!.
Am also offended to note that the sports minister voted against the bill......No wonder she cant challenge RAO on Hey as the national soccer team rapidly goes to the dogs.
WOULD RATHER DIE FIGHTING 4 MY RIGHTS THAN LIVE FOREVER WITHOUT ANY RIGHTS
