I looked at the guy and pitied him, there is now way the guy I saw on TV is responsible for the delay.....a pawn!!!!

Have sat at a seminar with the guy once at Utalii Hotel. He made a serious, well structured and eloquent contribution.

likes the turn of events in kenya, people are becoming more responsible, since we have to account for our duties to avoid the embarrassment on national Tv.

How does parliament get into the executive roles of government? The role of parliament is crysatl clear; to legislate. How do they go ahead and perform interviews, sijui nini.. ok. Who gets it? I am listening ( reading)

I have heard of them. I know that they are mandated to collect representative views of a particular focus which they should then pass to parliament for LEGISLATION. So when the a government officer does not deliver, how do they come in? how can they bite, or even bark? How can they recommend someone to be fired? As who? that is my question. I think those committes are nowadays a huge waste of time.
