I think its a good buy at the current prices...they have stated in their financial report that they are going to declare a interim dividend for this financial year. They are also going to start operating their tile manufacturing plant which they have already acquired from South Korea this year. They are also considering to sell their Cape Town business for KES 91Million which will ensure a full refund of all amounts lent and a decent return even. I think its a BUY at the current price for speculative purposes.

SPECULATION "IN CAPS". These OCH guys used to sing the same song when the price was in the high 20's to low 30's. They have never stopped. I treat their commentary the way I would a lousy novel as their promises never materialize, and if they do, you wish they never did.

I have said it before and I will say it again. Olympia is CRAP!

You cannot trust the management on anything. They are even lying on their financial statements. How does a profit of Kshs 13.254 million divided by 40,000,000 shares deliver an EPS of Kshs 3.31?????

Talk about trying to pull the wool over our eyes. We are not fooled!
