The play off for the 3rd position was a fantastic one. The 82nd minute by marie made me not diffentiate between the men and ladies‘ soccer. Congrats sweden

Cant believe I've opted for Japan vs USA, over Copa America Brazil vs Paraguay.
Too bad my Japan has decided to retreat into a shell. They are being outplayed.

I have chosen Brazil - Paraguay but I am switching occasionally to SuperSport 3 to watch the ladies play the beautiful game. The Japanese have picked up pace. They might just upset USA. The momentum is on their side.

Extra time it is. Back to the Brazil - Paraguay game where it is 0 - 0 with 10 minutes remaining. Paraguay frustrating Brazil big time. 2nd half has all been Brazil but Paraguay are defending extremely well! Will catch the final 15 minutes of the USA - Japan game.

USA ahead again courtesy of a header by Abby. Japan have 15 minutes to turn the tide in their favour. Abby has the same amount of time to become the sole top scorer. Currently joint top scorer.

The way these ladies are playing, most of the teams would beat Harambee Stars hands down! The pace, energy, tactics, and awareness is at a totally different level! Anyone saw that winning goal for Sweden? Sweeeet!

Am not bothered with the Brazil game. The women are showing how the game should be played. Clean game devoid of diving and play acting.
