by the way Kayole Hospital was gift by chinese govt to kenyan first family when they visited china sometimes back. so the chinese govt asked Lucy angetaka nini na yeye akasema Spitali hence the kenyan govt donated Land hence the name MAMA LUCY

I am sure if it was a gift to the first family it would be in Othaya.

The grant was to the Kenyan people.

Anyway since its Anyang Nyong'o who made the gazettement then lets hope he made 'extensive consultation' to arrive to that name.
