MPs from different areas are presenting memoranda on how to increase constituencies. but no one is comparing the number of constituencies in our country with other countries such as India which has a population of above 1 Billion people or countries like botswana which has less than 70MPs. can Kenya do with say 100 MPs and not the current 210 or the figure that is being touted of 300?
