I had a bad experience with them the 1st day i opened an account with them. I have never transacted with them coz of their first impression. I must say they called me after i had written a heartfelt email. The ka chic who called me spoke like she had a gun held to her head and was being forced to apologise. Yaani ilitoka na uchungu sana. I accepted their apology but the damage had already been done.

I have been with suntra. Though they are not perfect, they try hard and know how to speak to clients. I must commend Warutere. Though he has never served me,i was impressed enough to notice his good work and remember his name. Keep it up man,you will go very far. I must mention that Johnson has been of big help to me. I make my orders via email and everything goes well. incase the price goes up,they sell at the higher price than my order.

Style up D&B!

Good to hear from D&B. This is the first step in good customer service. Feedback. If you walk the talk SK members may all end up to be your clients.

D&B services are generally good. May be some of you met contracted staff during the IPO who did not really care much about the D&B image. Now,with all the post-IPO work, expect some staff to succumb to load pressure and resort to 'escapism' behaviour.

This is a good response from Dyer. It's always better to do this than responding in escapism,as someone said. Let's give them a chance and see the results.
