The buyers are really smart. Taking advantage of speculators. I think they need more supply, but want to buy without pushing the price higher. Very clever. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Stop consoling yourself my 10.50 11.00 WILL PRINT and you can take that to the bank...
