Moi should have been removed by civilians, not the army. Moi was evil personified. He took this country 80 yrs backward and should be in jail now, not enjoying tax payers hard earned money. Give credit where it is due. Raila fought for the second liberation even if he had shortcomings such as love of power. Who doesn't love power?

Interesting how RAO and Moi turned friends later on when the PM became part of Moi's regime.
