Aii @Lolest Is this a matter open to consultation between the President and anybody else. The principal assistant takes over automatically. They can not be out of Kenya at the same time. If it were ever to happen, would Kibaki realy need to discuss with Raila on who will shikilia! I bet he would just leave it to Saitoti or Uhuru!!
