In order!

Today they are both in South Sudan.


If I remember well it has happened quite a number of times before that they both happen to be out of the country at the same time.

What does the Accord say!

Raila is not Kibaki's principal assistant. That role falls to Kalanzo.

Reminds me of Mandela in the 90s. He made Mangosuthu Buthelezi the acting President while he was abroad. Who would the big 2 have chosen if Kalonzo wasnt in Kenya?

Is this a matter open to consultation between the President and anybody else.

The principal assistant takes over automatically.
They can not be out of Kenya at the same time.

If it were ever to happen, would Kibaki realy need to discuss with Raila on who will shikilia!

I bet he would just leave it to Saitoti or Uhuru!!
