The new milimani estate in thika has very few plots remaining. This is a scheme whereby the development is controlled,with single dwelling residential units being the only ones available now. Water and electricity is on site and the roads already serviced. Check plots in thika here and learn more on the prices, www.harmarventures.com go to plots for sale in thika.

Indeed, i've been on the site and it looks great , Roads ,water & electricity available. I got myself one plot.

you can get in through Thika road at Witeithie, or via Garissa rd. It is just about half a km from Muthaiga approximately 6kms from garissa road. From the Primary school at muthaiga you can very well view the developments on the land.

hello guys, I am back, sorry for the silence. Hi kflarge, you wanted to know where exactly the proposed milimani estate is, well, as sikitu put it, its past kiganjo and seeing you know the area well, yeah, this are the Kamuthi plots and we being their official agent. This is the only area that is well planned as at now and no other plots, even in landless compare to this. Would have informed you guys of the membership week, but well, I wasnt able. New members are required with less than 50 slots left. We had a target of 1000 new members. And the benefits are great. Now if you want to be part of this new and great development, well there is no much time. Those who have doubts still, sikitu came through this forum, and he can attest to the same.
