Why don't the MP's go to court and argue that case: that they were given a letter of commitment by Kibaki and Raila not to be taxed?
The court will hold that Kibaki and Raila are not members of KRA and are therefore not authorised to enter contracts on KRA's behalf!
Some one mentioned here that the MPIGs are better off if they negotiate payment terms while still in parliament.... when they get out [and over 70% of them usually don't return] they will be in so much trouble!
But the idiots can't see the logic.
BTW: Have you noticed that the ones who are paying are those with a high chance of returning [taxes or no taxes]?
