Moi's speciality was to appoint guys with lower education or some serial weakness to make him feel good. Arthur Magugu a complete drunkard who nearly fell asleep reading the budget. Oleitiptip who used to eat sijui a goat in one sitting.
Kariuki Chotara-ati Karl Marx should be detained for confusion university students.
My memories of daniel toiritich are pretty bad from the 1st time i trekked for 3 hours to go see him in Mweiga. We were shorties and pushed to the front. The next thing "wewe kumanyoka!" as some kalau grabbed and twisted a handful of my stomach.

The actual adress was like this;

"Nimetembelea malaya mosi ma Masaku na matako yao ni mayi tuu".....What he meant:

"Nimetembelea wilaya zote za Masaku na matakwa yao ni maji tuu"

Sally was NEVER a minister in Moi's Government.

Oloitiptip was made minister by Kenyatta. Moi only retained him. He was the political "King" of the Maasai... the position now held by Ntimama
