5 Acres In Isiniya.. need idea of develop business with low Capital

Hello Friends & members,

i have 5 acres in isiniya town, and i need your ideas to develop some business with low capital or get some bugs for now out of that land.

so please give your suggestions on the same, will be appreciated. give some ideas of earn some money out of that investment.

Plant eucalyptus trees - low capital, no hussles so long as you time your planting well with rainy season and sit back - after two years you harvest your trees and make a kill. See discussions elsewhere on Wazua about eucalyptus trees

@ SONU: Eucalyptus doesnt need you to irrigate. Just time the long rains and plant. If it rains twice or thrice within the month, that's it. You dont need additional water. Like Abby says, with land prices skyrocketing you could actually do nothing and still earn big time on capital gains.

@ Barry I hear eucalyptus really makes the land unproductive if you want to farm there later on?Plus I see KPLC using poles made of concrete nowadays.

@Euge is right now a days, this tree don't have value, since KPLC change there requirement on poll.
