I am looking for a 1/4 (100*100) at membley park. preferably near the police post. Anyone heard of one?

I know someone selling 80*40 plot near the same police post at around 1.5M. Also am selling two plots 60*30, located behind 100*100 plots while facilng KU. Each is going for 800K

No they dont have because thika munipals dont grant titles for plots less than 80*40. But if you buy two 120*30, you can process.
