It might be a bit difficult to give all details required without sounding insensitive but in a nutshell,the seminar will be in a hotel in central London and they are looking to recruit people into senior management positions in Business,Finance and IT.
A lot of seminars/ conferences workshops here in London as am sure in Kenya as well tend to deal with a controlled number of people for logistics purposes..without prior arrangements from both sides it is not possible just to walk in and attend this functions.
Whoever is in UK...can benefit from this analogy..think of it as an Invitation only wedding..if you have been invited you can come and celebrate the day and take photos with the bride and groom....for those without the invitation you can come as well but there will be no eating and you will stand at the back and 'watch' the celebration...i hope this helps.
