Before the new constitution, the 220 MPs were not evading tax! The law did not require them to. From August last year, they have been evading tax, or, have misunderstood the law. It would have been better to tax them from this month onwards. The CIT should have raised these issues last year.

...anyone praising Tinga should check his clear position on mps and ministers holding party positions. He says these are state officers under the old katiba. But he forgets they were all sworn in afresh after promulgation thus they serve as state officers under the new order. Heck, even Uhuru couldnt read the budget though he isnt a cabinet secretary.

if sonko paid his tax arrears by cheque, KRA should not start celebrating before the cheque clears - inaweza bounce! If you are an eagle don't hang around with chickens; chickens don't fly....

What is funny about all the guys yapping about RAO doing it for PR and the true leaders are PK and Muthama...will still vote for their "candidates" who have still not paid upto today...

For sure they will edit it appropriately, the biggest was when he claimed his youngest son was a musician, he called him to the stage to sing Coward of the county with him and the poor boy did not know a single word of the song, as usual he was very cagey with his answers!!!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".
