The fact that current shareholders are not selling any of their stake and are willing to accept such heavy dilution is evidence enough that there is significant growth in this company..

Price 9ksh each opening date 12th july. Can someone tell me th duration and the number of shares that one is limited to buy.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

The duration will be communicated.. About the max shares one can buy is determined after the completion of applications.

@guru267 when i was talking of the limit i was also thinking of the minimim, we would not wish to have a case where the very small come to participate and run off when they chicken out because they bought the shares with borrowed money.

a minimum of 3500 shares is not bad i suggest.
