as from pablo and others'discussion on building estimate, i got interested of joining coz wanted to ask this.
if u had 3 offers
nyali-1/8 acre going at 8M
majengo near mvita hospital at the roadside-35ft by 35ft (4 rooms + 2 stores-swahili design house) going at 10M
majengo taifa area 6 hse frm main road-6M 35 by 35

Which one wuld u go for n pliz give me the reason y nt the ada in terms of figures.

How much cash do u have. If u have enough cash to buy the 1/8th and build on it, that would my option. For the other options, you'd need to assess how much cash you'll need to renovate to start earning anything on them.
