You know I heard this on jana news and I was shocked! Yaani a whole house speaker, a guy qualified to be a judge of the high court can dare think that a letter of undertaking from the president and PM and whoever else is stronger than the Constitution of Kenya!!!! Marende's position on the taxation issue was most bizarre. He has always proclaimed the supremacy of the constitution but now he was advocating for a "presidential undertaking" to take precedence over the same constitution.SHAME!!!!
