@YCSUN & Guru an EPS of 1.20 and dividend of 0.40 can not resurrect this share...MSC had a phenomenal 2H for them to reach 250K MT sugar output, global sugar prices have also held...if they dont do an EPS of 1.37 or anything above that its an underperfomance from MSC...btwn results are due anytime next month.

@the deal most of the market is pretty pessimistic about this stock so I believe whether EPS comes in at 1.2 or 1.37 I think the market will take it well just because of the pessimism out there currently..

Mind you co op bank also has an EPS of 1.2 and a DPS of 0.40 but its not 7bob.. PERCEPTION has a lot to with this and mumias directors have the power to change the way the market perceives the company

Yes, perception or sentiment is a major component of how investors value a stock.
The sugar industry is not seen as performing as well as the banking industry. Whether that is justified, is another story

@deal. Last year the results we released in sep, so i dont know how you think they will release in july??
