Are u refering to the safaricom sacco plots in kiserian? if u know where they are and whether this is a good deal please give me the info.

Following up on that issue of safaricom sacco plots: how can one gauge or know the genuineness of such especially whea u r not a member?
I was introduced to some mwalimu sacco plots around Kitengela_Isinya road about 5km on the right going for about 225k for a non member and few wa remaining.
The problem came when I asked 4 the documents they have when buying the land including the title deed. They didnt hav them with them but apparently they want their members to trust them with wad of mouth.
Anyone shed light on buying plots from saccos u arent a member.
