Hi All,

A 1 acre land is avaliable in Olesircon (Tuala) just behind Nazarene University going for 2.1m. Turn-off is at Masai Lodge Road after MutiMedia University but before Rongai. The land neighbours that of the owner of Rusinga School. The neigbhourhood is very good with a good view of the National Park and Nairobi City. Its is settle by former Karen Kaburus. HFCK (Property Point) is selling an 1/8 for 500,000.00. Check there website. We are three people looking for a fourth guy to contribute 525K each and share 1/4 each. One has to be ready with the cash as the lands are being taken very fast in the area. Everything will be handled by a lawyer. Call 0722708201 if very serious.

Findel- Those people who have bought land know what process one should follow. I am sure the first thing you would do is to view the land.

@pedro,
How will you tell that the land was not a quarry earlier i.e if it has been re-filled with soil as Findel said and grass has now already grown on it?

The neighbourhood already has several houses. The rock is also close to the surface. You also have to do your research exhaustively. If you talk to the locals you will get alot of information.

Chaka - Ask yourself the same question. When the time will come for you to buy land what would you do to ensure YOU don't buy a quarry?

Or all the MANY guys buying land everyday, what do they do?

@Pedro_Nasinyama

After you told me you had linked up with three other guys I went to Syokimau and bought 50X80 for 600 K.

Thought it's almost 4 Km from the Main Road.

But thanks.

That would be a good buy! I visited the area on Saturday and asked around. A serviced 1/8th is going for 490 k inclusive transfer fees.

@Pedro... Does the greater Southern bypass pass near talwa? if so where?
