Even better is to go by that CBK & WB Mortgage mkt report on Kenya. Where mortgages in Kenya are @ 3% of GDP, a far cry from the US @ 70% of GDP. MASSIVE ROOM FOR GROWTH!

In the early 90s, there was a 'small' recession and housing prices, especially in California, suffered. There was no super duper rally for 80 years.
And before that there were other 'corrections'
