I think the rates are quite reasonable. Depending on one's investment style, something such as the NSE Handbook would more than suffice. It may be pricey for regular traders, but for a long-term investor this is actually quite cheap.
I spent over $3000.00 purchasing an EA-wide database a couple of years and it's proved invaluable to my investment process.

I purchased the weekly summary at 100/= using Visa Card.
Apparently you are automatically registered for PesaPal(whatever that means). Thats freaky for those who mind about security of their Visa Card Details.

Where did you buy this from?

I get it for free every week as well as the daily summary. Are you sure someone didn't rip you off? Its live data that is supposed to cost something NOT historical data.
