Have you ever thought of owning your own piece of land, somewhere outside the town but still accessible. Free from noise and congestion. A place you can doing some bit of farming and have a place your children can play? Have you thought of Thika? An acre of land going for as low as kshs 500 000 and the place is cool. Accessibility, good. Interested?

its in neither kiandutu, section nine Kiganjo nor gatanga. Now this is a place that has a road that connects you to the Ruiru By-pass another to Garrissa road and the other to Makongeni. Its past landless area. An area that not most people know about and the few who do are making a kill. Its known as KOMO. Am headed there right now

YES, AM TALKING ABOUT AN ACRE NOT SOME PLOTS. Now this deal seems to be too good to be true, doesnt it?The papers are there, clean for that case and ready for verification. An extra piece of info, the roads there do not seem anything like rural. Have just driven there in less than 30 minutes.

I know the place. Got to it from a makeshift bridge from Juja Farm. I think it will be a few years before it matures. Will mark it on google map for you folks

yes you can access it from Juja firm yet still you can acess it from makongeni, 13km from that place. Now if you think that is ukambani, from makongeni to makutano is approximately 15km and it is in thika. Now the good thing about Komo is, and anyone who has been to areas like juja firm, or one who can access the kenha maps can confirm, there is a road to link the ruiru bypass to garrissa road. For anyone looking into the future, you need not think twice.

@Harmar ventures,

On your website you advertised the SAME PLOT for 400K

BUT

in Wazua you advertised AN ACRE for 500K. Clarify ???

There is no mention of ACRE IN THIKA in your adverts on your website.

@ veteran, on my website, I advertised plots of size 50 by 100 very well developed with an elaborate road system, with water and electricity connectivity and a controlled development at kshs 400 000. This am advertising are pieces of land, ranging from an acre going for as low as kshs 500 000, in the same district but far apart.However, this place is one full of potential and already people have started subdivisions and plots of 50 by 100 fts are going for kshs 150 000. I will be updating my website to that effect.

@Young, welcome.Anyone who has doubts as to the content I put forward to you people is at liberty to call me or even arrange for a meeting on which one can verify the information given. Secondly, all properties I put up here or on my website are only those that are available and have title deeds so it is very easy to verify authenticity via the governments land offices.
On others, they are pieces of advice and if you have doubts, you can always ask for confirmation or can find someone to cross check the info for you. Harmar ventures is here to provide you with true, fair info and in a transparent manner.

@HARMARVENTURE I wonder why so many people seem to doubt your credibility even with your nice sales pitches. could they be reading something fishy in your offers or could it just be a case of being cautious not to be sold ash while being made to believe it's sugar? I don't mean to be rude sir.

@josiah, I do agree that I have received such references, the only problem is no one has called or come to visit and confirm the credibility of what am posting. I think its a case of caution taken too big. Can anyone confirm the availability and authenticity of this things and maybe wipe out the fear. Anyone wanting to speak to me, am available at 0738282497, www.harmarventures.com or Harry Gatheru as a person on facebook

I've mapped the place on Google map and is being moderated. In a few days, you'll be able to see search Komo and Juja Farm.... Wait a Minute, Juja Farm shopping center is now up
