@selah KPLC has cars with blue number plates (duty free) and it currently receives concessional loans at ridiculously low interest rates. It can only have access to these things with G.O.K as a major shareholder so that it is considered a parastatal..
Otherwise @2012 is right about KPLC.. The share price will explode as a result of tarriff reviews in july set to boost revenues and profits through the roof

If kengen does not meet the required supply quota they cough up billions to KPLC..
Plus we pay for supply to kengen, mumias, tsavo ,aggreko and the many more who will come & take kengens market share from them in the coming years
