On the FPE scandal PLO has been caught out. He spoke even before knowing the facts. Auditors from Treasury and UK had been compiling a comprehensive report clearly illustrating the magnitude and individual incidences of misappropriation. A recommendation that all procurement officers in the Ministry should go home shows the seriousness of the situation. He should show us corresponding report. He looks like a joke.
Those UK auditors should be moved to other Ministries and they should unearth the mess that is our government procurement officers.
