I seek some advice about apartment development financing. I have spoken with a few institutions [HF, S&L, Coop, Credit bank] and a few proposals have been floated though i noted they string a carrot with their interest rates. Also, they urge to develop and pay themselves through rental income e.g 70% [financer] & 30% [developer] split. Has anyone trodden this path before or knows someone? share the info pliz.
