NZE, KBA with that price....doubt if you can get...too little

i digress a little..stumbled onto a car KBB which has been stuck in a Ngong Road showroom since it kujad from Japan (a VW Polo), not used in Kenya. the price is really good coz its KBB and people look at latest car reg.though its in better shape than one used in this country.
could get lucky with the NZE but 400k.... may be too low.

@njoks, I strongly dissuade u fm buying the cami. Very unstable platform that can readily roll at moderate speeds, its a ka-guzzler even with a 1300cc EFI engine. Also a hard sell (Im a strong beleiver in resale value)....Get a VVTI model in this era of oil boom n cheap Ksh.
