Hey good people,
I 'm just wondering if there is any credible website that features listings of affordable (10000-30000 Kshs)rental houses, what I've been able to come across so far is those which only feature properties in the leafy suburbs of Nairobi which are quite pricey.

The margins for that segment are low such that an agent wouldn't be able to justify maintaining a website.
You are best off going to the target estates and you will find blackboards with details at strategic points i.e. shopping centres.
