cde. iv traded in our regional markets since 2005. most major Kenyan institutions dont take up these issues. try look up the allocations for Stanbic or Bralirwa. It was virtually 100% for all small to mid sized applicants. Keep in mind that their govts are keen on increasing the extremely low local participation and Kenyans are considered 'local'! Go figure.
